4/30-5/11 Contra-flow trial run for makai lane (so there will be 2 lanes heading to Hilo) on Hwy 130 from Shower to Kaloli from 6-8 am. During that time, no left turn will be allowed from Hwy 130 to Shower and no left turn from 29th (Poni Moi) . HDOT will provide shuttles for bikes and pedestrians because shoulder will be used for contralane – for this period.
