KITV interview on my squatters bill which allow neighbors and HOA’s to have standing to evict a squatter in a vacant home. A huge issue in Puna where there are a lot of vacant foreclosed homes owned by out-of-state banks and being used by squatters which cause problems to their neighbors. This bill allows neighbors and HOA’s to evict, previously only the landowner, can evict.
